Modern-day medium-size cheese-making factories are characterized by high levels of flexibility, a diversity of cheese varieties and an innovative approach. Curd preparation is both modern and fully continuous in efficient coagulators or in traditional cheese vats.
Small capacity installations (up to 10,000 litres/day)
With small cheese vats with capacities from 400 litres, you can set up efficient production cycles. Ideal for processing up to 10.000 litres of milk a day and for all varieties of soft cheese.
