Cheese Production Equipment
ALPMA have written the rule book when it comes to manufacturing
cheese production machinery. Our plant can process and pack from
400 litres to fully automatic mechanised systems up to 45,000
litres an hour.
Our first coagulator continuous cheese making system went into
service in 1978. The ALPMA Coagulator brings advantages of increased
yield, greater consistency and reduced labour costs to the 55
installations (and rising) throughout the world.
Our latest marque - Coagulator 2000 - continues the tradition
of putting ALPMA at the forefront of curd preparation technology
with the latest hygienic construction and engineering concepts.
For pre-treatment of milk, preparation of curd, portioning of
the curd into block moulds, climate-controlled drainage areas,
de-moulding and into the ripening rooms, ALPMA can offer an experienced
solution.
It's no wonder that our customers don't have to say
cheese to smile!
